Aissatou’s Angels of Hope is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting children on the autism spectrum by promoting water safety and preventing accidental drownings. We provide critical support through awareness campaigns, specialized training for families and first responders, and community-based programs that create safer environments for children with autism. Our mission is rooted in compassion, education, and advocacy—ensuring that every child has the protection, understanding, and resources they need to thrive.
We provide evidence-based training and water safety resources to families, caregivers, educators, and first responders. Our goal is to increase awareness of the specific risks that children with autism face and to help communities recognize and respond to these challenges effectively.
We engage with policymakers, healthcare providers, and community leaders to push for legislation, safety protocols, and programs that prioritize drowning prevention for children with autism. Every child deserves protection tailored to their unique needs.
We support and promote the development of new tools, safety technologies, and research efforts that enhance water safety and address the unique behavioral patterns of children on the spectrum.
We create supportive networks where families can share experiences, resources, and strategies. Through community-building efforts, we aim to reduce isolation and provide families with the confidence and support they need to keep their children safe.
We believe that awareness leads to prevention, and prevention saves lives. By partnering with generous donors, dedicated volunteers, and community organizations, we strive to build a world where every child—regardless of ability—is protected, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive.
At Aissatou’s Angels of Hope, we don’t just raise awareness—we create hope, inspire action, and save lives.
